National
Interagency Fire Training (NIFT) was established in 2000 to aid in
the organization, promotion, and administration of fire education
and experienced based training across the country.
Our
mission is to do this in a professional and fiscally responsible
manner.We
strictly adhere to the nationally recognized standards of NWCG 310-1
and promote the California Incident Command Certification System
(CICCS) and
the FEMA Skills Crosswalk Program in conjunction with
NWCG and NFPA.
