This course is part 1 in the Firefighter Series towards advancing to NWCG FFT-1 qualifications. This enhanced course is an intensive, hands-on course where students are trained in basic wildland fire fighting skills. Lessons will cover basic fire behavior, communication and decision making skills, and basic fire fighting skills through lecture and field exercises.
Date: March 9-11 and March 23-25, 2012

0830-1700 (Typical - the Instructor will set the class hours at the first class meeting)
