Fire Fighter Training

S-130/S-190/L-180, Basic Firefighter - June Lake VFD

This course is part 1 in the Firefighter Series towards advancing to NWCG FFT-1 qualifications. This enhanced course is an intensive, hands-on course where students are trained in basic wildland fire fighting skills. Lessons will cover basic fire behavior, communication and decision making skills, and basic fire fighting skills through lecture and field exercises.

Date: May 4-6 and May 11-13, 2012
Time: 1800-2200 (First Class Meeting Only)
0830-1700 (Typical - the Instructor will set the class hours at the
first class meeting)

Completion of I-100, Introduction to ICS is strongly suggested.
