L-280, Followership to Leadership - Julian/Cuyamaca FPD

This course is designed as a self-assessment opportunity for individuals preparing to step into a leadership role. This course combines classroom and field exercises and includes topics in leadership values and principles, transition challenges for new leaders, situational leadership, ethical decision making and more.

A Pre-Course Assignment will be included with the student materials and will be made available for pick-up at the address below 14-days prior to the start of class. This assignment must be completed prior to the start of class.

Dates: March 24-25, 2012
Times: 0830 - 1700 Hrs. (First Class Meeting Only)

0830 - 1700 Hrs. (Typical - The Instructor will set the class hours at the first class meeting)

Students will need Wildland PPEs for the field exercises.

Experience on incident assignments in operations or support functions
